Last issue, we asked for photo submissions on "Summer Activities"; the following lucky participant, Debby, wins 「Modern Mommies」July Gifts. The selected photos captured happy moments of the Mommy and her sons simply hanging out in their backyard, enjoying snacks and drinks, with a tent set up to relax and provide shade from the sun. Every human organ serves a different function. The gut accounts for a major proportion. Small intestine is responsible for transporting nutrients to the body. The large intestine is mainly in charge of discharging the body waste. Therefore, it is important to maintain a healthy gut in order to have a fit body. This chicken soup uses the tender and delicious Canada chicken, and three different vegetables: matsutake mushroom has the amino acids that our body needs, pea shoots are rich in oxalic acid, and carrots have a lot of carotene, which can keep our skin and body healthy. This combination will make a nutritious soup that tastes good.
