 “Chicken” is called the poultry of virtue, so it always has a place on the dining table during Chinese New Year celebrations! Wingtat Canada Chicken is the perfect chicken to simply steam with ginger and green onion. To further enhance the taste of the chicken, the recipe adds Chinese sausage and cloud ear mushrooms. Stir fry with ginger and garlic, and add in the juice (broth) that drizzled out from steaming the chicken, to make this savory chicken dish to welcome the New Year!
