	Wingtat’s 156th eNews Issue June's early summer weather is especially great to celebrate Father's Day with our fatherly figures for their love, support and time to the family. On Sunday June 16th, invite the Dads in your life and check out a special foodie event hosted by Potluck Hawker Eatery x Sumibiyaki Arashi ; the menu will feature "THE PHOENIX CLAW SANDO", prepared with Wingtat Chicken. Wingtat Kitchen recommends savory dishes for your family to enjoy during this special month. Wingtat RWA Chicken Value Packs are great for making healthy, simple, light meals when school is out during the summer. Our RWA line is available for purchase at T&T Supermarkets in BC and AB. Via our Instagram community, we're sharing "Stir-fry Chicken with Thai Basil Leaves (Three Cup Chicken)". During AM1470 radio program,「Lifestyle Reunion」on Saturday mornings, Mrs. Taam shares her recipes prepared with poultry goods. Wingtat continues to support Children's Hospital "Rise for BC Kids" Charity Event. We have recently added a number of new restaurants using Wingtat products to our listing; take a break from cooking and try them out with your friends and family!

Potluck Hawker Eatery is excited to announce a special collaboration event with renowned yakitori restaurant Sumibiyaki Arashi for a special Father's Day event. Chef and owner Justin Cheung and Pete Ho of Sumibiyaki Arashi are hosting an unparalleled culinary feast for Father's Day, with a selection of beer poured on tap, along with a variety of delicious bites straight from the grill and the wok. The menu will showcase the unique fried chicken sando with the Phoenix Claw; what an honor that this menu item is prepared with our very own Wingtat Chicken.

The Chinese community has generously supported BC Children’s Hospital Foundation for over three decades. Through the annual Chinese-Canadian RISE as a key fundraising platform, this community has raised over $23 million over the last 35 years. They have supported critical equipment purchases and innovative research, enabling the hospital to provide the best care possible for kids and families in the province of British Columbia.

The Rise for the Kids radiothon and telethon on May 31 and June 1 on Fairchild Television, and CHMB AM1320 has successfully concluded, featuring inspiring patient stories, live interviews, sponsor profiles and community fundraising highlights.

For those who had called in during radio-a-thon weekend to AM1320 back in June, for donations of $50, donors will receive a copy of Mrs. Chiu's 2024 Recipe Book. For donations of $100 or more, donors will receive an autographed copy of the recipe book as a token of appreciation for their support!
