Although the month of March is still a bit chilly, there's no doubt that Spring is already upon us. Wingtat's exclusive Akakuro-buta meat has officially returned to the Vancouver market once again. It's a true blessing for all of our customers. Continuing on from the Akakuro-buta recipes from our three local renowned restaurant chefs in our previous eNews issue, Mrs.Chiu has also prepared a few family-style recipes for our delicious premium pork this time around. The tender, succulent meat paired with simple seasoning will leave you longing for more! The Wingtat "Charity Gold Horse" Give Away event has ended successfully, congratulations to the grand prize winner. In the meantime, our 2014 membership enrollment has been coming along nicely as well. For all who are interested in becoming a part of our big family, please join now! Wingtat's NEW Product: "Akakuro-buta" |

Wingtat's newly launched product – AKAKURO-BUTA Premium Pork is solely distributed by Wingtat Game Bird Packers Inc. Accurately mirroring
the way Japanese raise their precious ‘Kurobuta’-the black Berkshire hog,
this outstanding Japan-bound pork, is 100% bred and raised in stress-free,
range-free family farms of Alberta, Canada. Akakuro-buta has such true
resemblance to Kurobuta, in terms of tenderness, juiciness and high
marbling, it has been exported to Japan exclusively ever since. AKAKURO-BUTA
takes advantages of running free on Alberta’s beautiful grasslands;
drinking clean glacier water and breathing unpolluted air every day. These
hogs have more individualized attention and more interaction with humans.
Stress-less happy hogs result in a high-quality product with better visual
appeal. With many years of towering success in the Japanese market, we are
proud to announce that AKAKURO‐BUTA, available in various cuts, is now
available to Canadian consumers since February '2014, exclusively at all T&T

Do you have any family members or friends who want to become a Wingtat Member? The Wingtat membership has existed for approximately 6 years now partnering with more than 85 different merchant partners and having an increasing family of 8000+ members! Every year we welcome more and more new members in joining our big family. On an annual basis, Wingtat will release a limited quantity of Membership Cards for registration. Registrations for 2014 new members starts enrolling now.
How to Become a Wingtat Member:
From now till March 31st, 2014, interested individuals can visit our website,www.wingtat.ca and click on the Membership Tab to apply for membership . There will be a one-time registration fee of $25. Occasionally, during certain promotions and/or special events, the membership fee will be waived or discounted. However, we strongly recommend applying early as the numbers of Memberships available are limited! |
