Recently, Korean culture is getting more and more popular everywhere. No matter Korean food or Korean fashion, it is highly favorable among the younger generation. Wingtat recipes are always creative and relevant to the time and season. This month, let's prepare a simple Korean dish for the family to enjoy! When cooked, sweet potato noodles are transparent and thicker in appearance. Use more boiling water when cooking the noodles so the noodle strands will not stick together. Sweet potato noodles are rich in starch, so it does fill our belly. Add in some Canada Chicken thighs and that will make the overall bowl of noodle more nutritious. Grill the boneless chicken thighs until the skin is crispy and gold in color, top the noodles with an egg and some Kimchi; a savoury bowl of Korean noodles is ready to be served!
