Chop crab into pieces. Rinse clean and drain dry. Either deep fried or steamed until done.

Peel onion and cut into bite-size pieces. Section Okra into 3 pieces.

Heat oil in a wok. Saute ginger slices, onion. Stir fry curry powder with low heat. Add seasonings and bay leaves and stew for awhile. Place in crab and okra and cook for about 3 minutes. Dish up and serve.
