Curry Crab

Ingredients

  • Curry Powder1-1/2 tbsp
  • Crab1 (1 1/2-2 lb)
  • Okra4-5 pc
  • Bay Leaves2 pc
  • Ginger3 slices
  • Onion1
Marinade:
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Salt2/3 tsp
  • Coconut Milk1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Evaporated Milk1/2 cup

Directions

  • Chop crab into pieces. Rinse clean and drain dry. Either deep fried or steamed until done.
  • Peel onion and cut into bite-size pieces. Section Okra into 3 pieces.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Saute ginger slices, onion. Stir fry curry powder with low heat. Add seasonings and bay leaves and stew for awhile. Place in crab and okra and cook for about 3 minutes. Dish up and serve.
