Directions
Wash and clean chicken. Remove from bones and chopped. Add mixed marinade ingredients and marinated for 30 minutes.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok. Sauté chopped green onion, garlic and ginger. Stir in shredded chicken until done. Add mushroom, carrot and mix well. Add thickener and bring to boil. Stir in kiwi fruit and green onion section. Stir and combine altogether. Dish up and sprinkle pistachios and cashews on top. Garnish with sliced kiwi fruit slices and parsley. Ready to serve.
