Almond & Fruit Gelatin Dessert

Ingredients

  • Agar1 inch thick
  • Almond Powder2 tbsp
  • Water3 cups
  • Milk1 cup
  • Sugar1/4 cup
  • Pineapple Jelly Powder1 pkg
  • Hot water1 cup
  • Assorted Fruit(i.e. pineapple, strawberry,grapes, 1 cup
recommended wingtat product

Directions

  • Soak agar in water until tender. Add sugar and cook with 3 cups of boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
  • Mix almond power with milk. Then add into agar mixture and mix well. Pour into cups with half full. Keep refrigerated until set.
  • Dissolve pineapple jelly powder with 1 cup of hot water. Add in assorted fruit. After chill and pour into cold almond cups and continue to fridge for 2 hours. Serve the yummy almond & fruit gelatin dessert with either fresh cream or ice cream.
