Directions
Soak agar in water until tender. Add sugar and cook with 3 cups of boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
Mix almond power with milk. Then add into agar mixture and mix well. Pour into cups with half full. Keep refrigerated until set.
Dissolve pineapple jelly powder with 1 cup of hot water. Add in assorted fruit. After chill and pour into cold almond cups and continue to fridge for 2 hours. Serve the yummy almond & fruit gelatin dessert with either fresh cream or ice cream.
