Rinse endive clean. Drained & finely shredded.

Devein shrimps. Shell & remove lining of mussels. Rinse clean & wipe dry. Marinate with mixed marinades for 15 minutes. Scald in boiling water. Set aside for chilling.

Cut crab sticks into short sections. Dice black olives.

Mix all dressing ingredients well. Add half of the dressing into the seafood.

Place endive at the bottom. Put seafood on top. Sprinkle with black olive. Then pour the other half dressing to the salad. Mix well & ready to serve.
