Endive Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • Crab Stick2 sticks
  • Endive1 head
  • Black Olive4 - 5
  • Shrimp Meat4 oz
  • Mussels4 oz
Marinade:
  • Lemon Juice1 tbsp
  • Pepper1/8 tsp
  • Salt1/4 tsp
  • Marinades:1

Directions

  • Rinse endive clean. Drained & finely shredded.
  • Devein shrimps. Shell & remove lining of mussels. Rinse clean & wipe dry. Marinate with mixed marinades for 15 minutes. Scald in boiling water. Set aside for chilling.
  • Cut crab sticks into short sections. Dice black olives.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients well. Add half of the dressing into the seafood.
  • Place endive at the bottom. Put seafood on top. Sprinkle with black olive. Then pour the other half dressing to the salad. Mix well & ready to serve.
