Ingredients

  • Wingtat Taiwanese Chicken x1
  • shrimp1/2 pound
  • Lasagna1/2 pound
  • Onion1/2 cup
  • cream milk1/4 cup
  • black truffle sauce (TRUFFLED TAPENADE)2 tablespoons
Marinade:
  • salt2/3 teaspoon
  • pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sugar1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  • Remove chicken skin and cut the meat into pieces, then mince the chicken. Dry the shrimps first, and then mince the shrimps, mix the shrimp and chicken together, and then stir them with marinade in clockwise direction. Once the stirring is finished, freeze the meats for a short period of time.
  • Cook the lasagna and fry the onion separately, then remove the boiling water from lasagna and fry it with onion until it is ready to serve.
