  • Cut the chicken in half; blanch with boiling water. Defrost the abalones and brush until clean, blanch them and remove out the bubbles from the water.
  • Rinse the Chinese yam, remove the ginger peels and crush them into pieces.
  • Boil water first, and then add chicken, abalone, Chinese yam and ginger into the pot. Cook the ingredients with maximum heat level for 20 minutes, and then switch to low heat for 1.5 hours. Finally, add wolfberries into the pot and cook them for 15 minutes before serving.
