Kelp green bean is a dessert pairing, but it can also be a delicious quail soup by pairing it with ginseng. This is a good soup according to a famous medication book from ancient China, green beans can reduce swelling, and adjust the five internal organs, and moisturize skin. Green bean is healthy food, which is able to balance the body’s pH. Before cooking the green bean it should be soaked in water for hours, and wash away the foam. By doing so, you can reduce foamy bloat. Kelp’s surface should be scrubbed well before adding it into the soup. This will be beneficial to the human liver, stomach, and kidney.

Ingredients

  • Wingtat Quail x6
  • clean water12-14 cups
  • Dried Kelp20 grams
  • Green Beans1/2 cups
  • Dried Fruit Skin1

Directions

  • Place the quails into the boiling water to remove the excess fat, rinse and dry.
  • Soak the green bean for two hours, flush to the bubble, clean and cut dried fruit skin. Soak dried Kelp for 10 minutes, then wash and rip into pieces.
  • When water is boiling, place the quails, green beans, dried fruit skin, and boil on high heat for 20 minutes. Turn to low heat for another 1 hour, and place dried Kelp in pot and continue to boil for 20 minutes. And now you can serve the soup.
