It is a fungus, which contains rich amino acids that is beneficial to human nature. Good for cold, dry lungs and liver, anti-oxidation, anti-aging and it also helps improve the body immunity. Cordyceps is most suitable for soup, but has a little fungus astringency. Nonetheless, the Cordyceps is best accompanied with the Wingtat Cornish chicken. And a small amount of conch can provide the fresh taste and turn it into a golden delicious soup.

  • Cut Cornish chicken on side, remove excess water and fat, rinse and dry. Soak Cordyceps for 10 minutes, washed, and clean the Conch and remove excess water.
  • Boil water, put Cornish chicken, conch, ginger, in high temperature for 20 minutes. Add Cordyceps and turn to medium low heat and cook for 2 hours. And now you have a delicious nourishing soup.
