Marinate the Cornish Hen and put it into the oven, you still got plenty of time for preparing the sauce. Fry onion and garlic with butter, add in ketchup, coconut milk and peanut butter, it’s very tasty. It can’t go wrong with even a beginner for cooking, guarantee success, so let’s celebrate the feast now!

Ingredients

  • Wingtat Cornish Hen x1
  • Broth1 cup
  • Onion1/2 cup
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Ketchup2 tbsp
  • Coconut Milk2 tbsp
  • Peanut Butter1/4 cup
  • Butter1 oz
Marinade:
  • Lemon Juice1 tbsp
  • Salt1/2 tsp
Spices / Sauces:
  • Fine Herbs1 tsp
  • Sugar1/4 tsp

Directions

  • Rinse and wipe dry chicken, halves the chicken and marinate for 20 minutes. Bake at 350°F oven for 40 minutes.
  • Peel onion skin and chop coarsely, remove skin and mince garlic. Mix ketchup, coconut milk and peanut butter.
  • Melt butter with low heat, fry onion and garlic until fragrant, pour in broth and add seasonings.
  • Dish up roasted chicken, drizzle over seasoning sauce. Serve hot.
