Grate and combine onion and garlic; rub all over pork slice. Cover and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.

With a spoon gently scrape off and remove grated onion and garlic, save for later.

Lightly coat pork slice with all-purpose flour and shake it gently to remove the excess flour.

Place a piece of lard on a preheated pan and lay down pork slice when it’s melted. Cook one side over medium heat for medium rare then flip the slice.

Add grated onion and garlic used to marinate pork, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mirin and stock in the pan, let sauce simmer for a minute or two.

Place steak on a plate and pour remaining sauce over it. Enjoy.
