Carrot is rich in Vitamin A and C, and has many benefits for eyes. Beets have brilliant colour after the skin has been peeled off, and are known as \"the ruby of plants\". Beets is a good source of anti-oxidant and is especially important for the heart. Quail is a perfect ingredient for making soup, small in size to handle and rich in protein; pairs well with fruits and vegetables in soups for added taste. This soup is good for the whole family to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Wingtat Quail x6
  • Large Carrot1
  • Beets4 Ounces
  • Fresh Cob2
  • Ginger3 Slices
  • Water12 Glasses

Directions

  • Cut Quail at the back. Wash & clean. Scald in hot water & rinse.
  • Peel the carrot, cut into big slices. Peel the beets, cut into chunks. Remove the husk from corn cob, cut into pieces. Flatten the Ginger.
  • Boil the water, put quails, carrot, beets, corn and ginger into the boiling water. Boil in high heat for 15 min. Then boil in mid to low heat for 1 and a half hour: this nutritious and delicious soup is ready to be served!
