Ingredients

  • Wingtat Silkie Chicken x1
  • Tree Mushrooms2 ounces
  • Large Carrot1
  • Chinese Black Fungus1
  • Sweet Almond1 tbsp
  • Ginger Slices3
  • Water12 - 14 cups

Directions

  • Cut silkie chicken into halves. Scald in boiling water to remove fat and greese. Clean and pat dry. Soak tree mushrooms for a while, clean, and cut short. Soak tree mushrooms, remove stems, tear. Peel off carrot, cut into large pieces. Wash and clean sweet almonds. Crush ginger.
  • Boil water, add silkie chicken, tree mushrooms, carrot, Chinese black fungus, sweet almond and ginger slices. Boil with high heat for 15 minutes, and then boil with medium heat for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The soup is ready to be served.
