Ingredients

Marinade:
  • Salt1/4 tsp
  • Ginger Wine2 tsp
  • Corn Starch1/2 tsp
Spices / Sauces:
  • Salt1/4 tsp
  • Sugar1/4 tsp
  • Corn Starch1/2 tsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Defrost Sliced Silkie + Chicken and marinate for 10 minutes. Remove the seeds and placenta of red and green peppers, and cut into small pieces. Mince dried plums after removing the seeds.
  • Cut rice noodle into small pieces, place in a dish, and top up with marinated chicken.
  • Heat oil. Fry minced garlic with red and green pepper pieces until scenting. Add in dried plums and seasonings and mix well. Place onto chicken slices, and steam for 5 minutes. The dish is ready to serve.
