Ingredients

Marinade:
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Wine1 tbsp
Spices / Sauces:
  • Mirin1 tbsp
  • Corn Starch1/2 tsp
  • Water2 tbsp

Directions

  • Dice Silkie chicken breast, wipe dry and marinate for 10 minutes. Drain dry the Kimchi. Tear Korean Rice Cake apart. Peel the pear and core, then cut into long pieces.
  • Heat oil. Sauté diced ginger, add in marinated chicken and fry until scenting. Sizzle in wine, add 1/4 cup of water, rice cake and salt. Boil for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add in Kimchi and seasonings and fry well. Put on shredded scallion and dish up. Serve with sliced pear. A Korean-style dish is ready to serve.
