To achieve the desired result, it is best to prepare the soup with chicken. Cornish is the perfect, suitable size. While cooking with hairy figs, the soup will have a hint of coconut smell. Walnuts are good for the brain, with the addition of sweet figs, the soup is more refreshing and flavorful. This is an ideal soup for families to enjoy during the Autumn.

Directions

  • Cut Cornish Chicken open from the back; boil in hot water for a while to remove blood lipids. Rinse and wipe dry.
  • Soak hairy mountain figs for a while and rinse. Boil walnuts in hot water for a while and set aside for later use. Press ginger lightly until loose.
  • Boil water. Add in Cornish Chicken, hairy mountain figs, walnuts, figs, ginger slices, and boil for 15 minutes. Then simmer with medium-low heat for 1:45 hours. Add in some salt before serving.
