  • Cut Silkie Chicken from the back, and boil in hot water to remove blood lipids, then rinse and drain.
  • Soak red dates until tender and remove the core. Rinse mulberry mistletoe. Press ginger lightly until loose.
  • Boil water, add in Silkie Chicken, mulberry mistletoe, red dates, and ginger slices, and boil for 15 minutes. Then simmer with medium-low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The soup is then ready to serve.
