  • Wash the Wingtat Cornish Hen and put it into boiling hot water to remove lipid, rinse well and drain dry. Rinse the cordyceps militaris, cut the codonopsis roots into short pieces, soak the red dates until soft and remove the pith. Press ginger lightly until loose.
  • Boil water, add in Cornish Hen, cordyceps militaris, codonopsis roots, red dates and ginger slices, boil over high heat for 15 minutes, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then it is ready to serve.
