Rinse & clean & trim chicken feet & lean pork. Soak ginseng root in water for 10 minutes. Rinse & clean ginseng root then cut into sections.
Bring 18 cups of water to boil. Add in chicken feet, lean pork, ginseng root, & ginger slices; boil at high heat for 30 minutes. Then turn to medium heat and boil for 1-1/2 hour. Add Chinese wolfberry and boil for another 15 minutes until well-flavoured. Season to taste with enough salt & serve.
