Directions
Wash and clean chicken. Bone removed. Cut into 20 pieces of skinless and boneless meat. Blot dry. Mix together the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken for 15 minutes.
To wrap the chicken: paper-wrapped chicken is normally wrapped envelope style. Take a square of paper and lay it out. Add 1 of the chicken slices and 1 parsley leaf. Fold and then tuck the paper. It is very important to make sure the packets are well sealed with a toothpick. Lay all packets on a baking pan.
Place the chicken into a preheated 360℉ oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve on a large platter. Cut and open the packets with scissors. Ready to serve.
