  • Wingtat Squab x1
  • Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper1 each
  • Barley1/2 cup
  • Mushroom4
  • Minced Onion2 tbsp
  • Shredded Cheese1/4 cup

Directions

  • Soaking barley for 30 minutes, then rinse. Put it into boiling water for 5 minutes, turn off heat cover for 10 minutes. Take it out and drain.
  • Peel off the Squab meat, wipe dry and cut into pieces, marinate for 15 minutes. Peel the mushroom and remove the root, cut into fine pieces.
  • Head oil, stir-fry the minced onion. Then put the squab meat, mushroom and barley, stir well.
  • Red, yellow, green bell pepper cut into half and remove the seed. Pepper stuff with cook squab meat and some shredded cheese. Put into pre-heated oven baked at 350° for 15 minutes. Good to serve !
