Abalone Chicken Congee

Ingredients

Marinade:
  • Ginger wine1 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder1 tsp
  • Salt1 tsp

Directions

  • Wash chicken clean, wipe dry, marinate the chicken, steamed above water for 15 minutes, cool for later use.
  • Rinse the rice, season the rice with a little cooked oil and salt and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Boiled up 10 cup of water, pour in rice. When water is boiled again, turn to medium heat and boil over for 45 minutes.
  • Chopped the chicken into pieces, drained and cut the abalone into thin slice.
  • Add in the chicken, abalone to the congee, season with salt. Served hot with green onion pellets.
