  • Pork Hockabout 1-1/2 lb
  • Ginger3 slices
  • Green Onion2 stalks
  • Choy Sum1/2 lb
Marinade:
  • Cooking Wine1 tbsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce2 tbsp
  • Rock Sugar1 pc
  • Water1 cup

Directions

  • Clean the pork hock. Scald in boiling water. Then rinse clean in cold water.
  • Saute ginger & green onion in a wok. Pan fry pork hock until fragrance. Add stew seasonings & bring to boil. Then turn to low heat & stew for 1 hour until sauce become thicken.
  • Wash & clean Choy Sum. Scald in boiling water with oil & salt. Remove from pot & garnish around the dish.
  • Dish up and sprinkle with stewed gravy. Ready to serve.
