Clean the pork hock. Scald in boiling water. Then rinse clean in cold water.

Saute ginger & green onion in a wok. Pan fry pork hock until fragrance. Add stew seasonings & bring to boil. Then turn to low heat & stew for 1 hour until sauce become thicken.

Wash & clean Choy Sum. Scald in boiling water with oil & salt. Remove from pot & garnish around the dish.

Dish up and sprinkle with stewed gravy. Ready to serve.
