Arborio rice, an Italian rice, is to be cooked al dente. One has to take their time in order to taste its delicate features. Just like Wingtat’s Free-Run Chicken, one would have to diligently prepare the chicken tenderly to retain all of its savoury juices. Combining this together with fresh mushrooms, sweet peppers, and garlic cooked to perfection; it an enjoyable and hearty way to have chicken and rice together. (Alternatively, the recipe can be prepared with Wingtat RWA Chicken Breasts.)
