The arrival of March was greeted with a beautiful blanket of snow, allowing us to extend and enjoy the winter fun of snow-related activities. This week, children's two weeks of Spring break begins and whether your plans are for local road trip or flying out of town, enjoy the down time with your family without the daily hustle and bustle of regular school and class schedules. Lastly, Wingtat is honored to support and participate in Scotiabank's「Feast of Fortune」last month which helped raise funds for St. Paul's Hospital Foundation. Friendly Reminder: It's Spring forward this weekend; daylight savings time will begin on March 12th, at 2:00am; don't forget to adjust your clocks forward by one hour before you go to bed. |

Vancouver is a multicultural city where we are very blessed to enjoy an extensive variety of cuisines and ingredients. Here is a simple dish using some common Japanese cooking ingredients (miso, mirin and wasabi). The savory ingredients are used to marinate the chicken. Lastly, sprinkle some sesame and seaweed on top and ready to enjoy!
