In this issue of Wingtat′s Kitchen, Mrs. Chiu has prepared the following recipe which is very suitable for summer, to share with us.

Wingtat's Loong Kong Chicken is famous for its thicker meat and " yellow oil" fat. It is ideal for deep frying, roasting and baking, which results in a gorgeous golden color appearance. Grilling the chicken meat on skewers is also a great way to enjoy the meat and maximize its amazing "yellow oil" flavor. To maintain a balanced meal, string a combination of the chicken cubes and colorful vegetables along the bamboo sticks. Soaking the sticks in water helps to prevent them from breaking off and charring. Lastly, glaze the meat and veggies with honey and sprinkle with sesame. The kabobs will be devoured in no time!
