	Wingtat’s 168th eNews Issue Summer has officially arrived, and Canada Day celebrations have kickstarted throughout the country! With school out and students on summer break, it’s the perfect time to enjoy the season and soak in the beauty of B.C.'s great outdoors. Wingtat Kitchen recommends a savory, nutritious dish for your family members, both young and old, to enjoy during Summer time. This month, via our Instagram community, @mrs5cookbook shares "Japanese Chicken Katsu Sando", prepared with Wingtat RWA Boneless Chicken Legs Value Pack. @sumibiyaki_arashi shares "Grilled Chicken Thigh & Skin-on Chicken Breast Yakitori".
