It has been a delightful, festive season, and Day 15 of the Lunar New Year has arrived. Wishing you a joyful Lantern Festival! Wingtat's「Year of Snake Lucky Draw」has successfully concluded; congratulations to the lucky Member! Wingtat Kitchen recommends "Quail Eggs in Red Dates & Snow Fungus Dessert"; wishing everyone a lovely, sweet celebration! This month, we share with you a beautiful dish: "Charcoal Grilled Loong Kong Chicken served with yam and potato pavé, roasted Brussels sprouts and chicken jus" created by Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar (@blvdyvr), using Wingtat Loong Kong Chicken. On February 22, Scotiabank's「Feast of Fortune」Charity Gala invites award-winning and new wave chefs to curate an exquisite culinary experience, a tasteful way to raise funds in support of St. Paul’s Foundation’s work. A few more restaurants that use Wingtat Products, have joined our restaurant listing. Friendly reminder: the GST exemption period (Dec.14th, 2024 - Feb.15th, 2025) for prepared food at restaurant establishments is coming to an end. Make the most of these last few days to enjoy the extra savings when dining out!

The Vancouver Cambie Lions Club has launched the 2025 「Charity Gold Snake」 Campaign. Net proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society for cancer research, prevention and support. For the past 20 years, Wingtat has continually sponsored VCLC’s charity campaign because we support the positive impact which VCLC has contributed to our community. Chinese Restaurant Awards is honored to be invited once again to create an unique culinary experience and curate this year's Gifts of Fortune for the Scotiabank's "Feast of Fortune" Charity Gala at JW Marriott Parq Vancouver on February 22nd, 2025, supporting vital initiatives like life-saving diagnostic tools, surgical equipment, and groundbreaking research at Providence Health Care’s hospitals and care sites. This event invites 5 chefs, including Chef Toby Chen, Chef de Cuisine at Missing Chopsticks, who will be creating the following delicious dishes using Wingtat sponsored Loong Kong Chicken: "Geoduck & Celtuce on Chicken Broth with Puff Rice & Seaweed" and "Lotus Leaf Infused Chicken Stuffed with Sticky Rice and Szechuan Sausage Terrine, Dried Shrimp, Scallion, and Aged Soy Sauce".
