	Wingtat’s 164th eNews Issue As March brings warmer weather and nature awakens around us, today marks the first day of Spring—a perfect time to embrace this transition and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Wingtat Kitchen recommends an early spring recipe that sparks both warmth and spring vibes. This month, via our Instagram community, @instanomss shares "Air-Fried Chicken Breast with Soy-Marinated Egg" and @connieskitchencanada shares "Steamed Loong Kong Chicken Whole Legs" on Instagram. Lastly, Wingtat is honored to have supported and participated in Scotiabank's "Feast of Fortune" last month, which helped raise funds for St. Paul's Hospital Foundation. A few more restaurants that use Wingtat products have joined our restaurant listing—take a break from cooking and try them out this spring!

Scotiabank’s「Feast of Fortune」Charity Gala had successfully concluded on Feb 22, 2025. The event raised over 2.5 million dollars in donations for St. Paul's Hospital Foundation.
