Between November ‘2014 to February ’2015, with your purchase of Wingtat monthly featured products, please remember to save the numbered circular lucky draw sticker label on the packaging. Each sticker label collected is an automatic entry into Wingtat’s 25th Anniversary Lucky Draw! Let's collect Wingtat's stickers together, the more one buys, the more chances to WIN! WIN! WIN!
Wingtat featured products, those attached with lucky draw sticker labels, are only available for purchase at participating supermarkets and retail meat shops in British Columbia. (while supplies last; the products and quantities available at each participating store varies)
This month, the feature product is "Wingtat Loong Kong Chicken": The meat is thick and tender, surrounded a layer of buttery fat beneath the skin, which is ideal for deep frying and roasting, in a golden colored finish. It can maintain the chicken flavor and its tender texture over a long period of cooking.

As part of a Chinese tradition and cuisine, soup is very important for maintaining each family’s health. Most family dinners are always accompanied with a pot of nutritious soup. Quail is a very healthy ingredient for making soup, together with Dried Kapok Flower which is good for detoxification, Common Rush which is good for lymphatic system, Lotus Seeds and Euryale Ferox which is good for the spleen, as well as Winter Melon moisturizes the body and nourishes the lungs.
