Good news! Wingtat recently launched their newest product "Wingtat Chinese Sausage" made from Wingtat Free Run Chicken (Taiwanese Chicken). Everyone knows Chinese sausage tastes good and is easy to pair with other dishes. Yet, traditional sausages are higher in fat which brings up health concerns for Chinese sausage lovers. Are there other healthier options for them?

Wingtat’s Chinese Sausage with Chicken and Pork (Lean) is made from our signature chicken "Wingtat Taiwanese Chicken" - a lean chicken. Our sausage also uses the fine quality lean pork, which also contains less fat. Protein content will stay same as the conventional sausage. Wingtat Chinese Sausage is the healthier choice as it can be enjoyed with less fat and lower calories. It will also not taste as greasy as the regular sausages made with chicken and pork. In order to prepare the sausage to taste just as tender as the regular sausage’s texture, simply scald and then steam the sausage. This sausage is great for making rice, stir-frying, and making delicate dim-sum. Any dishes made from this sausage is a smart choice!

Many people have asked about how to make the perfect steamed cake. Some individuals were satisfied with the cake they made and enjoyed it very much with their family! On the other hand, those of whom who were not satisfied with the cake are wondering how best to prepare and steam a cake. Steamed cake is a delicious and healthy dessert that comes with a fragrant aroma and creamy texture. In order to make a creamy texture for this cake, ingredients are the key. The Organic Free Run Chicken Egg yolks are round in shape and golden-yellow in color. Therefore, by using Organic Free Run Chicken Eggs, your cake can be twice as tasty with half the effort. Let’s take a look at the key steps needed in order to make a creamy-textured and fragrant steamed cake. Before whisking the eggs, take the eggs out from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature. By settling the eggs at room temperature, the eggs are easier to whisk.
