Good news! Wingtat recently launched their newest product "Wingtat Chinese Sausage" made from Wingtat Free Run Chicken (Taiwanese Chicken). Everyone knows Chinese sausage tastes good and is easy to pair with other dishes. Yet, traditional sausages are higher in fat which brings up health concerns for Chinese sausage lovers.
