Starting on March 29 (midnight) PHO is tightening restrictions across the province. Restaurants and bars are closed for indoor dining. SCWH continues to provide takeout services (self-pickup) and customers can order through Fantuan / Doordash / Ubereats delivery platform. Our business hours are 11:00 am-9:30 pm every day. Winner's List 
This month of May is dedicated to honoring and giving thanks to our loving Moms. Sharing this selfcare, momcare recipe especially for the new Mommies out there. Chicken soup is always found near the top of the list when preparing meals for new moms. This soup is prepared with Wingtat's Cornish Hen which is a smaller-sized poultry bird for an individual to enjoy during the day and still provide a good source of nutrition. Sweet potato is rich in dietary fibers and purple potato contains anthocyanin which can remove free radicals in the blood. Eating the chestnuts and the potatoes in small quantities, can also provide a sense of satiety that is ideal when confinement meals are usually frequent, but small-portioned. After giving birth, it is important that new moms are cared for with healthy, nourishing meals that promote metabolism and quicker recovery. A well-planned diet would help new moms replenish their strength so they are able to provide care for and to enjoy the precious moments with their newborn baby.
