Wingtat new product "Loong Kong Chicken" |

Following the success of Wingtat Canada Chicken and Wingtat Free Run (Taiwanese) Chicken, we are proudly announcing the launching of our newest product - "Wingtat Loong Kong Chicken". All Wingtat Chickens are raised in a healthy and natural environment on Wingtat's Farm in British Columbia, Canada. Loong Kong Chicken has three unique characteristics being: yellow beak, yellow feather and yellow feet. Hence, many people also call it "Triple Yellow Chicken". Comparing with other chickens in the market, Loong Kong Chicken has thicker meat but tender, yellowish skin with a underlay of chicken fat. It is ideal for deep frying and roasting and baking, which gives the chicken a very crispy texture with a gorgeous golden color. This will surely increase your appetite by just looking at it.

Every participating Member with all correct answers will enter our luck draw automatically. Wingtat will randomly draw one lucky winner daily and each winner will be contacted by phone. Mrs. Chiu uses creative ways for pairing different special ingredients and cooking methods to bring out the unique characteristics of Wingtat Loong Kong Chicken. Loong Kong Chicken is very juicy, meaty but tender. It can maintain the chicken favor and its tender texture over a long period of cooking. The unbeatable crispy and golden skin will surely leave your taste buds craving for more! |

On December 7, 2013 (Sat), Mingpao will be organizing Mingpao Fun "Gourmet Workshop" Event. This year, Mingpao has invited Italian Chef - Mr. Ben Lai to teach you how to prepare a delicious Christmas Dinner. Chef Lai will be using Wingtat's new product "Loong Kong Chicken" for preparing a most "Bravo! Christmas entree".
