This month, Wingtat Kitchen shares special and festive recipes that are suitable for your holiday parties! For more information about our products, stay tune to AM1320 “Kitchen Talk” Radio Program every weekday at 10:30am for Mrs. Chiu’s recipe recommendations. In appreciation for our staff's efforts and dedication this year, our Wingtat Team enjoyed an evening of holiday festivities during our Christmas Dinner Celebration. Our Wingtat Sleigh offloaded Members' goodies, gifts and prizes this past Thursday during Wingtat Members'「HO・HO・HO」Shopping Party. Although it was raining, our Members were filled with the joyful holiday spirit as they patiently waited in line to pick up their goodies!

Chicken Pot with Hua Dao Wine is an ideal recipe for Winter Solstice dinner. Heat the pot, add some oil, pan-fry the ginger slices, green onions and red dates until fragrant, add in chicken pieces, sizzle in cooking wine, then this dish is ready to serve for your friends.

On Sunday December 9th, Wingtat held a Christmas Dinner Party at Tin Tin Seafood Harbour Restaurant in Richmond to celebrate the coming Christmas and New Year. Over 100 guests, including staff & their guests, Management and families attended. The holiday centerpieces and decor filled the dining space with a festive, joyful mood. The highlight of the evening, is without doubt, our Christmas Lucky Draw with many awesome prizes to express our sincere gratitude to all our Wingtat Team.
